| el |
dc.description.abstract | This bachelor thesis explores, based on long-wave theory, whether the healthcare sector, with COVID-19 acting as a catalyst, could come up with an innovation capable of triggering the sixth wave. Since 2009, we are going through a period of secular stagnation, the blows of which have deteriorated, with the outbreak of the pandemic. At the same time, the appearance of the sixth wave shows no signs of an impending start, keeping the stagnation active. Finally, biotechnology and robotics, as sectors of science that are evolving rapidly in recent years, will not be able to directly stimulate the economy, since the former requires time for the production of innovative drugs and the latter causes great job loss. | el |
