Abstract: The world today is changing faster than ever before. Yet the process of change is far from easy, and implementing it successfully demands considerable effort from the managers involved. While, instability is a norm nowadays for most organizations this is not necessarily accompanied by the easy infliction of the change procedure to each company's employees. Human factor when stressed poses resistance, which can hinder the change to the greater extent.
