Abstract: The present study examines the role of job crafting and work engagement on employee turnover intention when transformational leaders are on duty in Greek Organizations. A convenient sample of 200 employees working in the private sector was collected and analyzed. The research indicates the links between transformational leadership, job crafting, work engagement, and turnover intention. Essentially, the study demonstrates the strong positive impact of work engagement on turnover intention. Based on the findings, job crafting stimulates work engagement while transformational leadership can positively enhance both elements. Therefore, leaders can create a work environment that inspires employees to craft their jobs and foster their work engagement, so they choose not to leave their job.
