dc.description.abstractThe mentioned Diploma Thesis as main objectives refers, examines and focuses in turn on the following thematic pillars: First, to thoroughly investigate in what ways and means the particular entity of the European States has developed coherent external policies as well as security policies over the years, Secondly, to analyze how the twenty-eight member states of the European Union were involved in joint and simultaneous action on national security issues, Thirdly, to present with data how the European Union Member States interact on global multi-level issues and how conflicts are dealt with at State level. The European Union's foreign and security policy is mainly aimed at:  Promoting International Cooperation  In Strengthening International Security  In Crisis Management  In the Conservation of Peace  Development and Stabilization of the Republic, and Respect for Human Rights The European Union is continuously developing partnerships with the most important forces on the international scene, including emerging powers. It strives to ensure that these relations are based on mutual economic, political and social interests and benefits. The themes that will be examined and thoroughly analyzed in terms of International Relations with regard to the European Union will focus on the following individual points:  Security & Defense  Human Rights  Crime It is well known that its common foreign and security policy, designed to resolve disputes and promote international mutual understanding, is based on diplomacy. Trade, humanitarian aid, security and defense often play a complementary role. The European Union is currently the largest donor of development finance in the world and therefore is in the most appropriate position to develop cooperation with developing countries and beyond.en
