Abstract: The idea that a supervisor's behavior has a big impact on a subordinate's psychological resources, like Psychological Capital, Perceived Stress, and ultimately Employee Burnout, formed the basis of this study. The study proposed that Transformational Leadership mitigates unfavorable job outcomes by favorably impacting Psychological Capital, drawing on the premises of the Conservation of Resources Theory. Additionally, the quality of the exchange relationship between an employee and their supervisor was hypothesized to moderate this relationship.
