Abstract

The mining operation of PE 2309 provides for a total investment of 12,866,788 euros during the first three years of activity. Such an investment ranks the MB GOLD SARLU in the special exchange, tax, customs and legal regime applicable to major investments in the mining sector (Law No. 2001-031 of 08 October 2002 establishing a special regime for major investments in the Malagasy mining sector (LGIM) as amended by Law No. 2005-022).
