Abstract: TTIP is an exceptional bilateral trade agreement that pursues to liberalise two biggest economic players in the world. Considering the magnitude and the gravity of such an agreement, its negotiations give a unique opportunity to reconsider the current ‘old’ paradigm of FTAs. Moreover, it provides a room for establishment of a new futuristic model that may serve as an example for forthcoming FTAs.
