| Περίληψη: | The aim of this master thesis is to provide an analysis and assessment of the current methods, as these are presented and proposed in literature, to measure maintenance performance effectiveness of technical departments. Two additional objectives of the study include: a) the identification of major causes of production inefficiencies which are born from malfunctions, breakdowns and bad operation programming And b) the design and implementation of a suitable and appropriate data collection system for feedback on maintenance work (planned/unplanned), which will enhance current philosophy and operation of organizations’ maintenance departments. |
