The aim of the research was useful conclusions for Albanian immigrants and their relationship with the media in Greece and the media of their country and aiming to integrate or isolation. In the empirical research of 2006 we indicated the first impression, the first signs of integration of immigrants, while the second survey of 2014 attempted to make a comparison of feelings and perceptions of immigrants as regards media and the change of preferences by increasing use of the internet. Also the effects of the economic crisis in Greece played a major role in conducting research but also on perceptions of migrants. So we have reached a normal changing of preferences of Albanian immigrants with an 'x' inclusion on age groups (as was expected the older age groups show smaller socialization trends while younger much longer). We conclude a sufficient social integration with increased socialization tendencies on the part of immigrants. To achieve full social integration should help both sides, on the one desire of immigrants to socialization and the other admission by the Greek society.
